BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements in Century Park, Unft No. 2, have been completed i n substantial conformance with the requfrements of the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Lodf and Century Park Investors dated February 5, 1991, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council.
