RECOMMENDEU ACTION: That the City Council adopt the attached salary
schedule effective January 6, 1992 and on the
same date, discontinue any City contributions to
the Deferred Compersation Program for the Police
Dispatchers Unit.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Recent negotiations with the Police Dispatchers
Unit calls for a salary increase effective the
pay period beginning January 6, 1992. On the
same date, the City is discontinuing its
contribution to employees' deferred compensation
accounts.
FUNDING: As indicated.

RESOLVED, that the Lodi City Council hereby approves the mended
employee campenllatinn schedules for the Police Dispatchers Unit
effecti• O-IL.+,y b, 1992, as shown on Exhibit A attached; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that effective January 6. 1992, any City
contributions to the Deferred Compensation Program for the Police
Dispatchers Unit shall be discontinued,
