At the regular City Council meeting of July 5, 2006 Mayor Susan Hitchcock adjourned the City Council meeting in memory of Leonard Lachendro, a long-time resident of the Lodi community who for more than 30 years served as Librarian for the Lodi Public Library. The adjournment statement will be recorded in the official minutes, which are permanent records of the City of Lodi.
