BACKi OWNIDINFORMAT N: At the Planning Commission Meeting of February 14, 2007 the Commission considered a request for a General Plan Amendment and Rezone by Mr. Kenneth J. Gini for two properties he owe near the intersection of Central Avenue and Kettleman Lane. After extensive public comment, th! Planning Commission voted 5 to 0 (Commissioners Heinitz & White were abient) to recommend ftt the City Council adopt a Negative Declaration, approve General Plan Amendment and Zoning chane. At the Ptpnning Commission Meeting of February 28, 2007 the Commission considered a request by Ladi Memorial Hospital to amend' the General Plan designation and to change Zoning designations for the hospital.
