We understand that the budget is extremely tight this year in regard to funding various projects, especially with the great need toward the Grape Bowl Project. We appreciate all the generous assistance the City Council has given to The Salvation Army in the past. Would you please consider funding a portion of this above mentioned project, which is the handicap accessible ramp, in the amount of $38,654 out of this year's funding? This ramp is extremely important to meet ADA re- quirements, as it provides wheelchair access to this facility. We would greatly appreciate your consideration in this matter.
