BACKGIIyDUND INFORMATION: A number of terms are due to expire on the Lodi Improvement Committee. The LIC meets at 6:00 p.m. on the list Tuesday of each month at the Lodi Police Department Community Roam, 215 W. Elm Street, and consists of 9 members, each serving 3 -year terms.
