The City C il, on motion of Council Member Hitchcock, Katzakian second, adapted
Resolution . 2007-12 authorizing the City Manager and Electric Unity CHrector to issue
a request f bids, determine the best bid, and execute a contract for a 25 -megawatt
baselload p r purchase for fiscal years 2008 through 2010 at a cosi not to exceed $68
per megaw hour (pursuant to Blue Sheet Item submitted and filed in the City Clerk's
Office). Thenotion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Go ii Members — Hitchcock, Katzakian, and Mayor Johnson
Noes: Council Members — None
Absent: Coll Members — Hansen and Mounce

We, the resides of hake Street hereby request a Stop sign to be installed
on Lice Street at the intersection of Lake Street & Cross Street. We feel
this YOU reduce the speed of traffic and ultimately make our street safer for
it's residents and pedestrian traffic.
