HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - July 20, 2005 E-10AGENDA ITEM EMI) 4M CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION TM AGENDA TITLE: Adopt Resolution Accepting Improvements at 1366, 1368, 1370, 1374, 1376 and 1378 East Turner Road MEETING DATE: July 20, 2005 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution accepting the development improvements for 1366, 1368, 1370, 1374, 1376 and 1378 East Turner Road. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Public improvements at 1366, 1368, 1370, 1374, 1376 and 1378 East Turner Road have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and C. William Fisher and Tony Coyne, as approved by the City Manager on May 24, 2004, and as shown on Drawings No. 003DO41-01 through 003D041-10. No new public streets were dedicated as part of this project. FISCAL IMPACT: There will be a slight increase in long-term maintenance cost. FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable. Richard C. Box 3006 Lodi, CA 95241-1910 RESOLUTION NO. 2005-145 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS AT 1366, 1368, 1370, 1374, 1376, AND 1378 EAST TURNER ROAD The City Council of the City of Lodi finds: 1. That all requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and C. William Fisher and Tony Coyne for the improvements at 1366, 1368, 1370, 1374, 1376, and 1378 East Turner Road have been substantially complied with. The improvements are shown on Drawing Nos. 003DO41-01 through 003D041-10 on file in the Public Works Department and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council on May 24, 2004; and 2. No new City streets were constructed as part of this project.
