AGENDA TITLE: Adopt Resolution to Approve Final Map for The Meadows Townhomes
Condominium Project, Tract No. 3421
MEETING DATE: July 20, 2005

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution approving the final map for
The Meadows Townhomes Condominium Project, Tract No. 3421,
and direct the City Clerk to sign the map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project consists of the conversion of ten (10) existing 4 -unit
residential buildings located at 1901-1930 South Mills Avenue to
condominium units as shown on Exhibit A. The developer,
Equidyne Meadows Associates, has furnished the City with the final
map, fees, necessary guarantees and Water Rights Agreement for the project. No public improvements
were required with this project.
FISCAL IMPACT: None
FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable.

RESOLUTION NO. 2005-144
A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR THE
MEADOWS TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM
PROJECT, TRACT NO. 3421
WHEREAS, this project consists of the conversion of ten existing four -unit
residential buildings located at 1901-1930 South Mills Avenue to condominium units, as
shown on Exhibit A attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby
approve the final map for The Meadows Townhomes Condominium Project, Tract
No. 3421, located at 1901-1930 South Mills Avenue; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby directs the City
Manager and City Clerk to sign the map on behalf of the City of Lodi.
