AGENDA ITEM J -02b CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION TM AGENDA TITLE: Post for Vacancy on the Lodi Animal Shelter Task Force and Expiring Terms on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission (Adult Advisors) MEETING DATE: July 6, 2005 PREPARED BY: City Clerk RECOMMENDED ACTION: That Council, by motion action, direct the City Clerk to post for one vacancy on the Lodi Animal Shelter Task Force and two expiring terms on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission (Adult Advisors). BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Clerk's Office received a letter of resignation (filed) from Animal Shelter Task Force member, Janette de Jong. Additionally, terms are due to expire for two of the Adult Advisors on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission. It is, therefore, recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for the vacancy and expiring terms below.
