BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Clerk's Office received a letter of resignation (filed) from Senior Citizens Commissioner, Cynthia Winegarden. Additionally, several terms are due to expire on both the Senior Citizens and Parks and Recreation Commissions. It is, therefore, recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for one vacancy and the expiring terms below.
